Over the past few days, we had the pleasure of hosting Neil Bernardi MW, the Chief Operating Officer of Colgin Cellars, for wine tastings and dinner. Neil shared their vision: “Our goal is to create one of the greatest wines in the world.” His insights into the winery’s history, vision, terroirs, and the stories behind each vineyard were truly inspiring!
