Over two evenings, more than 140 esteemed guests savored exquisite pairings from iconic Tuscan winemakers including Ca’Marcanda, Altesino @altesino, and Siro Pacenti @siropacenti_winery. A truly unforgettable experience celebrating the finest flavors and traditions of Italy.
The Siro Pacenti Brunello di Montalcino Vecchie Vigne 2015 (James Suckling 100 points!) was the perfect companion to the main course selections of Char-Grilled Australian Wagyu Rib Eye, as well as Smoked Crispy Duck Breast. This exquisite wine elevated the dining experience, harmonizing beautifully with the rich flavors and textures of these culinary delights.
