This year, all grapes were destemmed, and the winemaking has shifted towards less punching down, allowing for a more delicate extraction. The Givry 1er Cru A Vigne Rouge is matured in approximately 70% new oak barrels, which aims to enhance complexity while maintaining the wine's fruit expression.
