The Domaine de La Pousse d’Or is distinguished by its 7 grands crus, 11 premier crus including 3 monopoles, in Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits. Exceptional terroirs are expressed through the wines. The biodynamic work in the vines, the long and gentle controlled vinification, accompanied by aging on lees, contribute to respect the exceptional balance, and richness, of the unique Pinot Noir and Chardonnay worked by the women and men of Domaine de la Pousse d’Or. The plots, representing around 17 hectares of vines located in the emblematic villages of Gevrey-Chambertin, Morey-Saint-Denis, Chambolle-Musigny, Flagey-Echézeaux, Aloxe-Corton, Pommard, Volnay, Puligny-Montrachet and Santenay.

The foundations of the house date back to the 16th century and evolved in the 17th century. The vineyard in front of the estate bears the name of the owner during the revolution: Pierre Clément Daudignac. This gives a hint of the history of the estate is precisely known as from the French revolution.

Since the end of the last century, Patrick Landanger has owned the estate. He has made significant investments both in the vines and in the vinification and aging facilities. He is joined by his son, Benoît, who has helped him with the winemaking since 2013. Their ambitions in term of quality are reflected in the deep respect for the terroirs they work.

In 2018, Patrick gave way to Benoît for the management of the Domaine de la Pousse D'Or. Also an engineer by training, he shares the same vision in terms of quality and wishes to continue in this process of seeking excellence.

Biodynamic viticulture, slow and natural vinification, wines that aged on the lees for 18 months, of which 12 months in oak barrels, all these quality efforts give the wines of the Pousse d’Or a great aptitude for aging.
